Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned auction publication in Na.Ka.No.15/2015 dated 07.07.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to extend the lease period in favour of the petitioner for further period of three months upto October, 2015 in so far as the Chettikulam Kanmoi, B.Meenkashipuram Village, Bodinaickknaur Taluk, Theni District is concerned.
