: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the fifth respondent in Na.Ka.No.919/Ni.2/2021 dated 31.03.2021 and consequential relief of direction, directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as a Nurse in the fifth respondent hospital.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 31.03.2021 passed by the fifth respondent, terminating 2/6
the services of the petitioner as Nurse in the fifth respondent hospital. The petitioner seeks to regularise her service as Nurse in the fifth respondent hospital through this Writ Petition. 2.Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has now submitted on instructions that eventhough a consequential prayer has been sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition for regularising her service as a Nurse in the fifth respondent / hospital, the said relief is not pressed by the petitioner. The said undertaking given by the petitioner is recorded. However, learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is still continuing to work as a Nurse in the fifth respondent hospital, the petitioner may be allowed to continue to work as a Nurse on contract basis under the CM-CHIS scheme in the fifth respondent hospital or any other hospital coming under the said scheme.
3.By virtue of the interim order granted by this Court in this Writ Petition at the time of admission of this Writ Petition, the petitioner continues to work in the fifth respondent hospital on contract basis as per the aforesaid scheme.

4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has also obtained written instructions from the respondents stating that the petitioner continues to work in the fifth respondent hospital on contract basis, under the CM-CHIS scheme. Since the respondents have accepted that the petitioner is working on contract basis under the aforesaid scheme in the fifth respondent hospital and in view of the fact that the petitioner is not pressing for regularising her services in the fifth respondent hospital, this Court after recording the fact that the petitioner continues to work in the fifth respondent hospital as a Nurse on contract basis under the CMCHIS scheme, is closing this Writ Petition. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
