ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A) and 506(ii) of IPC., and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No. Not Known of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that there was a written complaint pending in CSR No.116 of 2017, against four persons including the petitioners and therefore, the alleged threat of arrest or harassment, as alleged by the petitioners herein is not true.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners herein under the guise of enquiry.

5.Hence, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and register the FIR, if necessary, as early as possible and the respondent should not harass the petitioners under the guise of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry. The petitioners are directed to given co-operation for the enquiry by the respondent.

6.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
