Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6910 of 2020 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that for the dispute mentioned in this petition, a case has been registered by the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Ramanathapuram District in Crime No.45 of 2020. According to him, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
