ORDER

This contempt case has been filed complaining the wilful disobedience of the respondents in implementing the order dated 25.07.2024 in W.P.(MD) No.16720 of 2024.

2.While disposing of the said writ petition, this Court directed the respondents therein to pay the retirement benefits to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3.During the course of hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order of the Court is complied with and the entire payment is made to the petitioner.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same. 5.In view of the above factual position, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present case.

6.Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
