ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 8(C) r/w.120(b), (ii)(B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.1403 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 1.200kg of Kanja. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner.

5.Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
