This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the Petitioner from surrendering in the trial court in pursuance of the judgment in Criminal Appeal No.115 of 2023 dated 21.02.2024 passed by the learned Additional District Judge (FTC) Theni, pending disposal of the main criminal revision petition.
