The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members. 2.Today when this petition is taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted and found that the issue between the petitioner and the private respondents is civil in nature and the parties have given statements that they will approach the civil forum to work out their remedy.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is always open to the parties to approach the appropriate civil forum to establish their rights.
