Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent 1 to 4, TNEB. Since no specific directions are being ordered as against the 5th respondent, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with. 2.Considering the limited nature of the prayer in this writ petition to consider the representation of the petitioner, this writ petition is ordered by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 09.05.2020, after giving due notice to the 5th respondent and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
