This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to expedite the proceedings in Na. Ka. No.2999/20/J dated 10.03.2020 and complete the proceedings within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 and R2.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the Writ Petition may be allowed.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 10.03.2020 in Na. Ka.
