Seeking a direction to the respondent Police to conduct enquiry and to file the final report and charge sheet, in Crime No.202 of 2013, before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that that if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent Police before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to to complete the investigation and to file the final report within within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
