Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the temple encroachment made by the 5th respondent in the middle of the Street named church street by disposing of the petitioner application dated 08.10.2014 on merits and according to law.
