Heard both sides.

2.The issue raised in the writ petition is regarding administration of the petition mentioned Temple. Such issue cannot be resolved in writ jurisdiction. The private parties have also not been impleaded as parties. 3.However, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the peace committee meeting will be convened on 30.03.2024 and that every effort will be made to amicably resolve the issue.

4.Recording the stand of the official respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 26.03.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No MGA 3/5
