ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in PRC.No.23 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vallioor as against the petitioner herein.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced no objection certificate from the victim company. Already the petitioner as well as the defacto complainant entered into compromise and the matter has been settled between the parties. A compromise memo has also filed before this Court.
3.Since the main accused/A1 was died and considering the fact that the parties entered into compromise, this Court is inclined to quash the proceedings as against the petitioner herein. Accordingly, the charge sheet in PRC.No.23 of 2018 pending on the file of the Judicial 2/4
Magistrate, Vallioor is hereby quashed as against the petitioner herein and this criminal original petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. The compromise memo filed by the parties shall form part and parcel of this order. 25.09.2023 NCC :
