..Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to provide the call details dated 12.11.2014 of the petitioner's cell number 92452-29073 to the petitioner within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2015. ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide the call details dated 12.11.2014 of the petitioner's cell number 92452-29073 to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.04.2015. 2.Mr.G.Rajaraman, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent, Mr.M.Sridhar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the third respondent.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.
4. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that they are having call details of the petitioner, dated 12.11.2014. Further, they submitted that if the Court directs, they are ready to provide the call details to the petitioner for the particular date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.In view of the above submission, there is no need to traverse into other averments made by the petitioner. Hence, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.04.2015 positively and pass appropriate orders with regard to furnishing of call details of the petitioner's cell number 92452-29073, dated 12.11.2014 to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
