PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct R1 to execute the "Non Bailable Warrant" issue by the Fast Tract Court No.I, Madurai on 01.12.2021 and within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to execute the "Non Bailable Warrant" issued as against the third respondent.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent surrendered before the Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai, on 21.04.2022.
