2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent in all these cases.

3.In all these Writ Petitions, the respondent had issued demand notice to the petitioner without even issuing any show cause notice. However, it is informed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that the Managing Director of M/s.TASMAC has issued a circular, dated 22.06.2020 recalling the decision to issue demand notice and has decided to issue show cause notice to all the concerned persons.

4.In the light of the above submission, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner in all these cases to workout their remedy in accordance with law against fresh proceedings.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
