ORDER
The petition has been filed to relax the condition of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at evening at 05.30 p.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21621 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025. 1/4
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. Further, the investigation is pending.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past four weeks, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21621 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21621 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.'' 12.03.2026 sbn 2/4
