ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent, not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry with regard to the false complaint given by the second respondent.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that no petition or no FIR is pending against the petitioners on the file of the respondent police and the respondent police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners.
