The petitioner has filed this writ petition, challenging the impugned proceedings issued by the respondent, in policy Ref.No.1400006-CPU-MDU, File No.MD2061317852111, dated 28.6.2014. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has passed an order, dated 28.03.2016, withdrawing the impugned order.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
