Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondents No.2 and 3 not to interfere into the civil dispute in connection with the property situates in Door No.30, R.C.Convent North Street, Panagudi, Tirunelveli District.

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 3, not to interfere into the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 2 and 3 frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry with regard to the civil dispute and based on the false complaint given by the respondents 4 to 10 . 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that petitioner was called only for enquiry in respect of a petition pending against him and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.

5.Recording the above said undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
