To allow the Second Appeal and set aside the Judgment and Decree 19.03.2019 passed in A.S.No.14 of 2014 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 13.11.2013 passed in O.S.No.174 of 2008 on the file of learned Additional District Munsif, Nanguneri.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PON SENTHIL KUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioners, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 193 days in representing the Second Appeal. 2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the payment of cost of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only) to the Legal Services Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
