ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute without any due process of law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the earlier three complaints, which were preferred by one Murugan and one Nagarajan, who is the brother of the said Murugan, against the petitioner was closed as mistake of fact and with the same allegations, now the fourth complaint is given by the said Nagarajan. It is further submitted that in respect of the property in dispute, a Civil Suit in O.S.No.151 of 2015 is pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Dindigul and an interim injunction was granted in I.A.No.136 of 2015. While so, the respondent police unnecessarily called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that only based on the complaint given by one Nagaraj against the petitioner, the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

called the petitioner only for enquiry and no such harassment made against the petitioner as stated in the petition and they did not interfere in the Civil dispute.
