ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C., in crime No.140 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the the petitioner and other accused had illegally transported the river sand by using Tractor bearing Reg.No.TN 49 2998 and hence, a case has been registered.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that this is the second application filed by the petitioner and earlier, the petitioner filed Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16572 of 2018,wherein, this Court dismissed the petition as against the petitioner. Therefore, there is no change of circumstance and hence, he opposed the grant anticipatory bail.

5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, since there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
