ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 22.02.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 392, 394 IPC and Section 25(1A) of the Arms Act in Crime No.35 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.02.2021 at about 05.30 pm., when the defacto complainant and his friend were went to out side road near to TASMAC shop, the petitioner stopped them and asked money by showing long knife and the defacto complainant refused to give money. Therefore, the petitioner attacked him with hands and taken away Rs.100/- from the pocket of the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is in judicial custody from 22.02.2021. Therefore, he prayed to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent strongly opposed this petition on the ground that investigation in this case is not yet completed and the petitioner is having five previous cases in Cr.Nos.18 of 2019, 32 of 2019, 102 of 2020, 214 of 2020 and 642 of 2020.
5.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner and the fact that investigation is not yet completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
