This petition is filed to direct 2nd respondent to provide necessary police protection, in pursuant to the petitioner's representation, dated 20.04.2016 and his family members. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the absolute owner of the property comprised in Survey No.504/18 of South Karambanur, Aundipatti Village and the adjacent land owner one Ganesan attempted to interfere with the possession of the petitioner, so he filed a suit in O.S.No.640 of 2008 before the Principal District Munsif, Tenkasi, for permanent injunction. The suit was dismissed on 22.03.2011. However, the appeal preferred before the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, in A.S.No.32 of 2012 was allowed on 14.08.2015. Despite the civil court findings, he is disturbing his possession. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents, dated 20.04.2016. Since, no action was taken, the present petition is filed. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.04.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
