O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent and their officials not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute is purely civil in nature and the same complainant has given several complaints apart from this complaint against the petitioners at different police stations making similar set of allegations.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by one Pandian, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 5.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The 2nd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioners within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioners. However, the respondents 1 and 2 shall not harass the petitioners at the time of enquiry in other complaints.
