ORDER
Heard Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 & 4 and Mr.P.R.Prithivi Raj, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. 2.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to order of suspension passed by 3rd respondent on 19.06.2020, quash the same and to direct the respondents to revoke the suspension and reinstate the petitioner into service.
3.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. The third respondent has initiated a disciplinary proceedings by issuing a charge memo dated 16.03.2020 for certain lapses alleged to have been committed by the petitioner in producing fake educational certificates. Later, he has been placed under suspension vide proceedings dated 19.06.2020 by the 3rd respondent. Challenging the same, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner has produced fake certificates and got the employment by way of a resolution of the Society and not through Employment Exchange.
Therefore, he was issued with charge memo and disciplinary proceedings were also initiated. 6.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and since already disciplinary proceedings were initiated, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the respondents to proceed with the enquiry and conclude the same within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed Sd/- Assistant Registrar (AE) // True Copy // / /2022 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) dn 2/3
