ORDER
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.14944 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and further submitted that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaikundam.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14944 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025., is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaikundam once in a Month ie., on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 12.03.2026 sbn 2/4
