This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District, to expedite the disposal 1/3

of petition in Cr.M.P.No.1428 of 2024 in C.C.No.38 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already the case has been committed to the Sessions Court, Sivagangai and now the same is pending in S.C.No.40 of 2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the main case itself was committed to the Sessions Court, Sivagangai, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case and it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
