ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records and quash the D.V.O.P.No.2 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The first petitioner is the husband of the first respondent and the petitioners 2 to 5 are in-laws of the first respondent. Since the allegations have been made against these petitioners, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.2 of 2016 in respect of the petitioners.

4. In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. The first respondent / husband of the respondent is directed to appear before the trial Court for all hearings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, the appearance of the petitioners 2 to 5 before the trial Court is dispensed with and they are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District when their presence is required.
