This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and closed as the dispute is purely civil in nature.
