ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 10.09.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act 1985 in Crime No.200 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that on 10.09.2018 at about 7.15 hours, Ganja to the extent of 1.100 kg was recovered from the petitioner along with Bajaj Motor Cycle bearing Registration No.TN BY 7905 in the presence of two police witness and several cases are pending against the petitioner.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was falsely implicated in this case and he is in judicial custody from 10.09.2018 onwards. He is an innocent person. He further submitted that some of the cases have already been disposed off and acquitted in several cases. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge under E.C.Act cases, Thanjavur. (ii)the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
