This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR as against the petitioners / Accused Nos.1,2,3,6 & 11 in Crime No.59 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent for the alleged offences under Sections 143, 341 and 109 IPC. 2.Earlier a case has been registered in Crime No.58 of 2020 for road roko by the petitioner on the complaint lodged by the respondent . The case has been registered for the offences under Sections 143, 341 and 109 IPC as against the petitioners. Now the enquiry is also completed and closed.

3. In view of the above, the FIR stands quashed and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
