O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents to issue separate patta in Survey No.66/4, Alagiyamanavalam Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District based on representation dated 13.10.2014.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the respondents by way of his representation dated 13.10.2014. Since no order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed for the aforementioned relief.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2014 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving sufficient opportunity to all the parties concerned within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
