ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 354D, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime NO.6 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant was going to College, the petitioner, who is married and having 10 years old boy, he stalked her and proposed love her. But the defacto complainant has not accepted his love. The petitioner came to the de-facto complainant's house and requested her parents to marry the de-facto complainant to him. His request was refused. Subsequently, betrothal was conducted with one Balasubramani and the de-facto complainant on 31.03.2021 at about 11.00 a.m. The petitioner came to her house, abused and threatened that he alone can marry her and she cannot marry anyone. If she tries to marry anyone, he would stop the marriage and throw acid on her face and upload her photo, after morphing, in the website. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a false case and hence, he seeks anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent police strongly opposed this petition on the ground that the allegation against the petitioner is very serious threat and the investigation is pending.

5.Considering the nature of the allegation against the petitioner and the fact that, he was already married and having 10 years old boy, he stalked a young woman and forced her to love him. When she refused, the petitioner threatened the de-facto complainant and that if she tries to marry anyone, he would stop the marriage and throw acid on her face, upload her picture, after morphing, in the website and the fact that investigation is in the beginning stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.In the result, this petition is dismissed.
