PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to not to harass the petitioner in guise of enquiry.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to not to harass the petitioner in guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) submitted that respondent police has issued summons to initiate proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C as against the accused person. Under these circumstances, third respondent is directed to issue fresh summons to the petitioner and on receipt of summon, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry.
3. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
