ORDER

The petitioner through his representation dated 26.06.2015 seeking for grant of patta. Therefore, it is for the fourth respondent to consider the said request and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner only with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner, dated 26.06.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law also after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the fourth respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
