Seeking a direction to the respondent Police to conduct enquiry and to file the final report, in Crime No.672 of 2014 , before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that the respondent Police has conducted enquiry, in Crime No.672 of 2014, and filed the closure report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, on 31.03.2015, after serving R.C.S., notice to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(RTI) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
