ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st to 3rd respondents and the learned counsel for the 4th respondent.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 4th respondent to extend the tender period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.7178 of 2020 from 01.07.2020 to 30.06.2021 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2020. Though the petitioner has asked for a positive direction, during the course of the hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the petitioner's representation is disposed, the petitioner will be satisfied.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, I am inclined to dispose this Writ Petition by directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from today. The 4th respondent may also consider the loss of the petitioner on account of the lock down due to Covid-19 pandemic.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No cost.
