ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 25.04.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.9860 of 2023. 2.By the said order, a direction had been given to the official respondents to survey the land in question and if there has been any encroachment by the private respondents in the Writ Petition, that can be removed. 3.Pursuant to the said order and in compliance of the same, the 2nd respondent / Tahsildar along with the Surveyor concerned has surveyed the land and ultimately, found that the respondents 6 and 7 in the Writ Petition, namely, Arumugakani and Maheswari, had encroached the land in question and those encroachments have been removed. Insofar as the 5th respondent, namely, Pallikonda Nadar, is concerned, he has not encroached any property and he has put up a compound wall only at his property and that was found during the survey.

4.Stating all these things, a detailed report dated 11.06.2024 has been filed by the 2nd respondent / Tahsildar before this Court. 5.Considering the submissions and taking note of the fact that the encroachment, as has been found out, has been removed, this Contempt Petition is closed.
