The petitioner with a grievance that the respondents 1/4

have put up a water tank in front of the petitioner's house has submitted a representation and also filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to remove the same.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the water tank put up in front of the petitioner's house has already been removed.

3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputed the same that the stage put up by the respondents has not yet been removed.
