ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order, dated 23.02.2021 passed in R.C.A.No.2 of 2019 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority cum Sub Court, Sankarankovil, confirming the Fair and Decreetal order, passed, in R.C.O.P.No.3 of 2015 on the file of the Rent Controller cum Principal District Munsif, Sankarankovil, dated 05.07.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on both sides submitted that the matter has become infructuous, since the possession has been handed over.

3.Accordingly, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
