ORDER

The petitioner is shown as an accused in Crime No.67 of 2020 registered on the file of the Inspector of Police, Devipattinam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, for the offences under Sections 147, 307, 302 I.P.C and Section 3(1) (r) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The second respondent police registered the case against the petitioner without having any material and hence, he prayed to allow this petition.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.6909 of 2020 submits that the petitioner is having six previous cases and this case also comes under Section 302 I.P.C. Therefore, he opposes to allow this petition.

4.Heard, Mr.I.Pinaygash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
