This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, by considering his representation, dated 05.11.2016. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C is initiated against both the parties. 3.Recording above submission, this petition is disposed of. However, the 2nd respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.11.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy.
