ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.298 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police in so for as these petitioners are concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that already the case was closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate under Section 468 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C). Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
