Respondent/Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 r/w 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the impugned order in respect of the condition of deposit of 20% of compensation passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai in M.P.No.1 of 2024 in C.A.No.14 of 2024 order dated 28.02.2024 and set aside the same.

ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case coming on for orders on this day under the caption 'ëxtension of time' in and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai vide in D.No.6081/2024, dated 07.11.2024, seeking further extension of two months time for disposal of the case in Crl.A.No.14/2024, pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.A.No.14 of 2024.

2.The learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai sent a letter dated 07.11.2024, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of C.A.No.14 of 2024, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 29.04.2024. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in C.A.No.14 of 2024 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
