ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused Rank not known, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.86 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein had misappropriated a sum of Rs.8.50 Crores from the defacto complainant. When the defacto complainant asked the petitioner to repay the said amount, but, the petitioner along with other accused persons had attacked the defacto complainant and threatened him dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is no transaction between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. He would further submit that he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is an innocent person. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation is at preliminary stage and he would further submit that the petitioner along with other accused persons had misappropriated the sum of Rs.8.50 Crores from the defacto complainant and attacked the defacto complainant, due to which, he sustained grievous injuries. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the investigation is at preliminary stage and also considering the fact that huge amount is involved in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
