ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 to 3, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in so far as the property in D.No.5/1256 of Yagappa Nagar.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one K.Neeraj FIR has been registered in Crime No.268 of 2023 against this petitioner and one Mahendiran on 10.05.2023 and the investigation is under process.

3. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. The petitioner shall work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.
