ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.This Court issued a direction to the learned Additional District Judge / Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.42 of 2017 within a period of three months. However, the learned Additional District Judge, express his difficulty to complete the trial and had sent a letter on 06.11.2017 and sought for further period of one month time to dispose the same.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) stated that the case was posted for arguments of both sides. 4.In view of the above I am inclined to grant further period of one month.
